Refund policy

Attention ⚠️

。Any paid purchase order cannot be refunded or changed;
。Unless due to "JS Co., Ltd." ("our store") administrative errors, resulting in inability or decision not to supply (such as pricing errors, insufficient quantity, etc.), all payments will be refunded in full;
。If the pre-ordered product or purchased product is finally unable to be supplied by the product supplier, our store will refund the payment for the pre-ordered product to you ("customer") in full;
。In the case of a change in the delivery period of the product supplier, the customer shall not request a refund;

。When the product is damaged in any way, unless the original product supplier is willing to replace the product, the store will not be responsible for replacing the product;

。The refund method only accepts "FPS" (Hong Kong customers) or "Bank Transfer" (non-Hong Kong customers);
。If the refund is not caused by an error caused by the store, the customer may need to bear any costs derived from the refund;
。Refund" to buy other products in our store to avoid "bank transfer fees" or any other charges between different countries;
。After the refund process is completed, all information about the customer's refund account will be deleted.
1) Apply: email to js.toyshop@gmail.com, please specify:
. purchase order number
. Refund account information (bank account number/telephone number, beneficiary bank name, bank account holder name)
2) The store will reply to the customer's email to confirm the amount of the refundable item and other relevant details.
3) (if any) other goods in the original purchase order are shipped,
4) After confirming that the payment of the original purchase order is completed, the refund will start to be processed.
